Band Notes - Week of April 1st-7th
MONDAY - APRIL 1st -- ON Orchestra & Band Pre-Festival Concert
The orchestra and band programs will perform their KSHSAA State Large Group Festival pieces on Monday evening for clinicians as we continue the process of preparing for the State Large Group Assessment. This concert is open to the public and we invite you to sample all of the groups!
Please check out your group's specific call time. Performance times are approximate.
Dress is Concert Black. For THIS concert, you are free to depart after your performance is done and your materials are put away properly.
The CHOIR department will present their pieces on TUESDAY evening.

Jazz Band will meet at their regularly schedule times this week.
Tuesday - 7am, Wednesday - 7am, Friday - 7am
Percussion Ensemble WILL meet Tuesday evening.

KSHSAA Regional Solo & Small Ensemble - Saturday, April 6th
Students participating in solo and ensemble contest this Saturday should have received information and times about the event. Please look over the information and prepare yourself for dress, transportation, music and instrument, etc. accordingly.
We appreciate all of our parent volunteers who signed up to help with the event!
Olathe North Band was the FIRST organization in our region to reach the goal of filling volunteer spots!
BAND BANQUET TICKETS
Our annual band banquet is on May 6th from 5:30pm-6:45pm prior to the concert.
It will be catered by Hy-Vee - Pastas, sauces, salad, and bread sticks
There will also be gluten free and vegetarian options as well.
Remember, SENIORS eat FREE!
